Overview

Are you ready to take your customer service skills to the next level? We’re looking for a German-speaking individual who is passionate about enhancing the customer experience and delivering an unforgettable journey from start to finish. The role is based in Glasgow’s East End with the option to work remotely from across the UK. German language skills are essential, preferably native.

So, what will you be doing? As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll handle calls, respond to emails, and engage via social and other channels through our ticketing system, showcasing a customer-centric mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support for general inquiries, missing orders, and customer concerns related to prescriptions or purchases; coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Handle call, ticket, and email interactions and contribute to maintaining high-quality customer experiences; progressively take on additional tasks that challenge and excite you as you grow in the role.
  • Act as a customer advocate, delivering world-class service and contributing to the ongoing evolution of our service offering in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • German language proficiency, preferably native; willingness to travel to the office is a plus but not required (remote work available).
  • Experience with Zendesk (or similar) and ability to handle vulnerable customers; strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to participate in training and ongoing support to ensure success in the role.
Requirements & Additional Information
  • Salary: £26,208 per year; Hours: 37.5 per week; Languages: German
  • Sponsorship: We are unable to offer sponsorship for this position. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application.
