Qualifications

• Fluent in German to high business standard (written and spoken) is essential.
• B2B Sales or Business Development experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills required.
• Results driven, analytical and motivated candidate.
• Background in manufacturing or industrial environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• To recruit and onboard new strategic partners.
• To develop sales strategy for continued growth in the partner network.
• To manage existing partners and be first point of contact for any enquiries.
• To conduct market research and work closely with the marketing team to generate new leads.
• To report on partner performance and suggest areas for improvement.
• To provide training and guidance to partners when needed.
