German Customer Service – Belfast – £28k + Benefits – VR Tech

Overview

We are hiring Bilingual Customer Support Specialists to support users worldwide across multiple channels for cutting‑edge VR products and technologies in Belfast.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional white‑glove support across social media, live chat, email and phone.
  • Engage with customers in both German and English, resolving technical issues, product queries and account concerns.
  • Monitor social media platforms and online forums, responding professionally and maintaining brand tone.
  • Troubleshoot VR hardware and software issues, providing clear step‑by‑step guidance.
  • Spot trends in customer feedback and escalate issues to improve user experience.
  • Build positive online communities by encouraging user participation and engagement.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed case notes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve support processes.
Essential Qualifications
  • Fluency in German and English (minimum B2 CEFR level in both languages).
  • Experience in customer service, technical support or social media support roles.
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Typing speed of 55 WPM with 95% accuracy.
  • Confidence dealing with technical queries and troubleshooting customer concerns.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (6am – 7pm, Monday to Sunday rota).
  • Professional, patient and customer‑focused approach.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Interest or experience in VR, gaming or technology products.
  • Knowledge of social media management and community engagement.
  • Multilingual skills (additional languages beyond German and English).
  • Experience with CRM systems and helpdesk software.
