• Experience in Geriatric Medicine, Acute Medicine, or General Medicine.
• Strong background in working with patients living with frailty.
• Skilled in clear and accurate medical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessment and management of patients.
• Support the multidisciplinary team in delivering Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment.
• Promote safe and timely discharge through close collaboration.
