Job description

The Consultant Geriatrician will provide specialist care for older adults with acute and complex medical needs, including frailty, dementia, delirium, falls, polypharmacy and chronic disease management. The role includes inpatient and outpatient work, multidisciplinary collaboration, and active involvement in integrated care and service development.
