Job summary

American Society of Civil Engineers is seeking a Geotechnical / Geoenvironmental Engineer to join the team in North London. You will perform site investigations and contaminated land assessments and supervise junior engineers, with a mix of site and office work.

Candidates should have a degree in Geotechnical Engineering or Environmental Science, possibly an MSc, and at least five years in a similar role, with strong soil mechanics knowledge and foundation assessment capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Geotechnical Engineering or Environmental Science.
• MSc in Geotechnical Engineering or Environmental Science is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform site investigations and contaminated land assessments.
• Supervise junior engineers and coordinate fieldwork.
• Travel around London and South East regions for site work.
