Fort Recruitment is seeking a Geospatial Information Specialist (Water Industry) to join a team focused on installing and configuring monitoring equipment and maintaining valves on the water network around Livingston, Scotland. The role involves regional responsibility, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven maintenance planning.

The candidate should have a valid driving licence, 2+ years in water networks, strong technical understanding, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

  • Full driving licence essential.
  • 2+ years' experience preferred, ideally in water networks.
  • Strong technical understanding required.
  • Ideally a related degree (HND/degree).
  • Clear, professional communication is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality and efficiency of work within a region.
  • Engage with key stakeholders.
  • Produce a weekly action plan.
  • Review pre- and post-maintenance data performance.
  • Design and commissioning of clean water network systems.
  • Liaise with client, field staff and servicing partners.
