About the Role

There's a role for everyone in retail, including leadership. As a Trading Manager, you'll motivate your team to deliver high standards, maximize availability, and drive sales. Your responsibilities include maintaining shop floor standards, coaching your team, ensuring merchandising and operational standards are met, and overseeing the safe and smooth running of back-of-house areas. This role offers opportunities for further development in retail.

As part of the leadership team, you'll work a three-week rolling rota, including weekends, evenings, and occasional late nights. You may sometimes be solely responsible for the store, requiring confidence in overseeing overall operations.

About You

You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change. A friendly and proactive attitude, along with strong coaching, mentoring, and motivating skills, are essential. You will be a role model to colleagues, ensuring customers enjoy a great shopping experience.
