Your responsibilities include maintaining shop floor standards, coaching your team, ensuring merchandising and operational standards are met, and overseeing the safe and smooth running of back-of-house areas. As part of the leadership team, you'll work a three-week rolling rota, including weekends, evenings, and occasional late nights. You may sometimes be solely responsible for the store, requiring confidence in overseeing overall operations.
