Asda is seeking a George and GM Manager for Abbey Park to lead the George and General Merchandising departments. You’ll drive merchandising, stock availability, and visual standards while guiding a team to deliver a brilliant in-store experience.

You’ll use commercial insight to drive sales, work with store leadership, and create an inclusive environment where colleagues can thrive, with flexibility for weekend/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supervising in a retail clothing/general merchandise environment.
• Strong eye for detail and visual presentation.
• Confidence using data to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Collaborative approach and ability to develop others.
• Flexibility to work weekends/evenings.
