Job summary

Qualifications

• A degree in geology, engineering geology, civil engineering, geoscience, environmental science or similar.
• Experience as a geoenvironmental, engineering geologist or geotechnical engineer/consultant, on site and in the office.
• A clean and valid UK Driving licence.
• Commutable to Newcastle.
• Have a full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Phase 1 Desktop Studies, Phase 2 investigations, factual and interpretive report work.
• Client liaison, borehole logging, groundwater and gas monitoring.
• Some project management duties.
