A healthcare organization in North Wales is seeking a Band 4 Generic Therapy Technical Instructor. You will work within a team to provide therapeutic interventions and promote independence in daily living activities for service users. An opportunity has arisen for a band 4 Generic Therapy Technical Instructor to work within Ty Croes Atti Discharge to Recover and Assess Unit (D2RA). Ty Croes Atti aims to provide a 24 hour approach to rehab, promoting independence and assessing a service user's care and rehab needs with the ultimate goal of returning home.
We are looking for a motivated, hard-working, proactive individual who will be able to work alongside Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, other TIs and Support Workers. The role sits within the Flintshire Unscheduled Care Team where we value the importance of continuing professional development and Peer support. The successful candidate will be supported with supervision, appraisals and identifying learning opportunities and training.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
