Qualifications

• Qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar (e.g., City & Guilds, BTEC, NVQ).
• Completion of an approved engineering apprenticeship or proven experience servicing diesel generators.
• Strong fault-finding abilities and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, servicing, and maintaining generators for the hire fleet.
• Carrying out repairs on generators at customer sites when required.
• Assisting with general yard duties, including loading and offloading equipment.
