Citi London is seeking a Product Manager who blends strategy with hands-on execution to shape first-of-its-kind Generative AI capabilities for a global bank. You will work across engineering, design and senior stakeholders to translate complex ideas into scalable products, balancing ambitious AI ambitions with real business value, in a hybrid London environment.

You will drive delivery with engineers and product leaders, turning complex concepts into practical outcomes and continuously improving

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience in complex technology or enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience leading complex programmes and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on, proactive and adaptable; able to roll up sleeves.
• Genuine passion for Machine Learning, Generative AI and emerging technology.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex concepts into clear product strategies and outcomes.
• Lead delivery of Generative AI platforms at enterprise scale.
• Bring structure to ambiguous problems and changing priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, product leadership and business stakeholders to drive delivery.
• Manage multiple workstreams across distributed teams.
• Use data and metrics to measure progress and drive improvements.
• Navigate changing priorities driven by customer needs, technology developments and the AI landscape.
• Influence senior stakeholders to deliver alignment and change.
