Generative AI Lead - Financial Services - London - £100k +Package

To be eligible for this role you must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK and be willing to attend the London-based office 2-3 days per week.

Are you a visionary leader with deep expertise in generative AI and financial services? A unique opportunity is available for a Generative AI Lead to drive innovation, shape market propositions, and lead the development of transformative AI solutions across banking, capital markets, and insurance.

This role involves working with a range of financial services clients on behalf of a well-established international Data & AI Consulting Partner.

Key Responsibilities

* Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the vision for generative AI in financial services, identifying new opportunities and delivering impactful solutions.
* Solution Development: Lead the design and deployment of advanced AI applications using technologies like GPT-4, Transformers, and LLMs, tailored to industry-specific challenges.
* Thought Leadership: Develop compelling market propositions and represent generative AI capabilities at industry events and client engagements.
* Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing AI team, fostering innovation and continuous learning.
* Client Engagement: Translate complex business needs into AI-driven solutions, building trusted relationships and delivering measurable value.
* Performance Measurement: Establish success metrics and continuously refine solutions to maximise impact and client satisfaction.

Requirements

To be a good fit for this role you should be an AI leader with strong consulting experience and the following skills:

* Proven experience leading AI initiatives in financial services.
* Expertise in generative AI technologies and frameworks (e.g., GPT-4, BERT, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
* Strong understanding of financial use cases and regulatory environments.
* Experience developing go-to-market strategies and delivering scalable AI solutions.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £100,000 plus a comprehensive package. You will be required to work from the London based office 2-3 days per week.
