Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent advanced degree in a research discipline.
• Solid experience in academic research or scientific publishing.
• Demonstrated expertise in evaluating AI or machine learning models.
• Good understanding of research data workflows and scholarly metadata.
• Proven experience developing frameworks for content assessment.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive strategy for evaluating generative AI across products.
• Co-develop evaluation roadmaps with product and data science teams.
• Lead governance and standardization for evaluation processes.
• Design and oversee evaluations of product performance.
• Mentor evaluation scientists in applying rigorous methods.
