Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and ability to express ideas clearly and supportively.
• 5+ years as a creative lead or similar with a track record of guiding diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation platforms.
• Proficiency with AI tools as part of a thoughtful, intentional creative workflow.
• Experience leading project teams, mentoring peers, and contributing to a shared creative vision.

Responsibilities
