About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across the Hull area from the New Year. This is a flexible role, perfect for individuals looking to build experience in a variety of school settings or for those needing work that fits around other commitments.

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' learning and development across different year groups. Working alongside class teachers and support staff, you'll help create a positive, inclusive environment where every student can succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Classroom Support: Assist teachers with lesson delivery, supporting students individually or in small groups.
  • Individual Support: Provide tailored help to pupils with additional needs, ensuring full participation and progress.
  • Behaviour Support: Promote positive behaviour and help maintain an inclusive, engaging classroom environment.

Qualifications & Skills
