We are seeking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant with SEN experience who is enthusiastic, caring, flexible and inspiring to work under the direction of our Headteacher, SENCO and Classroom Teachers. We need someone who is a strong team player and wants to contribute to all aspects of school life. The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive approach with the main aim of helping pupils to continue to make progress and reach their full potential. They should have a commitment to supporting high standards of teaching and learning, be keen to work as part of a close team, as well as have the ability to develop warm relationships with children, colleagues and parents.
As an MSA you will be required to supervise children in the lunch hall and in the playground to ensure a positive, caring and safe environment.
