A national dealer group in Wigan is seeking a General Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive performance. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in car sales management and will be responsible for managing sales processes, achieving financial objectives, and fostering team growth. The role offers a basic salary of £40,000 and an OTE of £58,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including company car and paid leave.

Salary, OTE & Working Hours
5-day working week; Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6pm with a set midweek day off every week (1 day off per week). Saturdays 8:30am – 5pm, Sundays 10am – 4pm, work alternate weekends (1 weekend on, 1 weekend off). Basic salary £40,000; Uncapped OTE £58,000; Use of a Company Car.
