We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our Client's Franchised Car Dealer in Ripon.

Our Client is offering the successful General Sales Manager up to £65, [])£ OTE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage and motivate a small team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
  • Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
  • Support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our client, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
  • Sell and Buy Vehicles.
Requirements
  • Have a proven track record within a management role, amongst the Automotive sector.
  • Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives.
  • Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
