Our client, an awarding winning National Dealer Group have the requirement for an experienced General Sales Manager to join their busy franchised dealership in Wigan.

Our client offers you the following remuneration and benefits:

• Basic salary of £40,000.

As a General Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver sales department volume and financial objectives.
• Maximise enquiry management, sales conversion, and profitability across all channels.
• Lead, inspire and motivate your Sales Team.
• Provide coaching and training to improve sales process, customer satisfaction, and product knowledge.
• Use Monthly Accounts Reviews to monitor and control profitability of your department.
• Manufacturer reporting & stock management.
• Develop Sales and Marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain Manufacturer & Supplier relationships.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years current Car Sales Manager experience.
• Franchised Dealership Experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Salary, OTE & Working Hours

• 5 day working week.
• Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm with a set midweek day off every week (1 day off per week).
• Saturdays 8.30am - 5pm, Sundays 10am - 4pm, work alternate weekends (1 weekend on, 1 weekend off).
• Basic salary of £40,000.
• Uncapped OTE of £58,000.
• Use of a Company Car.
