Mercedes-Benz of Ascot is seeking a General Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team and deliver exceptional results for one of the UK's most prestigious brands. This role offers a £47,500 basic salary OTE £72,500 plus company car. You'll be responsible for leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of around 14 including Sales Executives, Advisors, Managers and Support functions. Your focus will be on
