We have held a coveted Bib-Gourmand from the Michelin Guide for 10 years-our new General Manager will be expected maintain our inclusion in the prestigious guide.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality, demonstrating exceptional leadership and team management skills. This role requires a hands‑on approach to ensure that our customers receive outstanding service.

• Proven experience as a General Manager (or senior leadership role) within a restaurant of similar standard.
• To ensure continuous inclusion in The Michelin Guide.
• Exceptional food, wine, and beverage knowledge, WSET qualifications desirable, not essential.
