The successful candidate will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.
In accordance with job plan, to be mutually agreed, the successful candidate will make themselves available to undertake a variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone consultations and queries, visiting patients at home, reviewing pathology results, checking and signing repeat prescriptions, dealing with paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion.
Sunnybank Health Centre is a GP practice covering the Cefn Fforest/Blackwood area. We have a list size of around 5700 patients. The practice delivers a high standard of patient care. We are always looking towards development of the practice, its services and ways of working in line with the changing face of the NHS. The practice offers a supportive and flexible working environment. Our team consists of GPs, Minor Illness & Practice Nurse, HCSW, Independent Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist, a well organised administration team along with a varied team of allied healthcare professionals.
