Operose Health, located at Northumberland Avenue, is seeking a General Practitioner/Clinical Lead to deliver high-quality clinical care to patients registered at the GP surgery.
You will work with clinical leads and the practice team to support the surgeries operational plan, participate in clinical governance and audits, and strive to improve access, outcomes and patient experience, while covering 7 sessions per week with a salary up to £112,500 FTE depending on experience.

You will work closely with clinical leads and the local practice team to support the delivery of the surgeries operational plan. Participation in clinical governance activity and contributing to improve health outcomes through audit and the Quality and Outcomes Framework are expected, along with adhering to personal and professional standards set by the GMC. Additional responsibilities include the development and review of surgery action plans with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead, focusing on list growth, patient satisfaction, and compliance with standards.
