Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking a GMC-registered General Practitioner to support community health and primary care services in Stromness. The role offers flexible sessional work across community GP settings, ideal for GPs who manage varied clinical presentations and support urgent patient demand.

You will run autonomous clinics, handle acute and chronic presentations, perform triage, and document clear digital notes. NHS Performers List eligibility and indemnity clearance are required.

Qualifications

• GMC-registered General Practitioner with NHS Performers List.
• Experience in community, urgent care or primary care services.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in varied environments.
• Valid indemnity and Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities
