Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking a GMC-registered General Practitioner to support community health and primary care services across Kirkham. The role offers flexible sessional work suitable for GPs experienced in managing varied clinical presentations and urgent patient demand.

You will run autonomous clinics, treat acute and chronic illnesses, support triage by telephone, prescribe safely, complete follow-ups and document notes.

Qualifications

• GMC-registered General Practitioner required.
• NHS Performers List registration required.
• Experience in community/urgent care or primary care settings.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in varied environments.
• Valid indemnity and Enhanced DBS clearance.
