Locum Ready is seeking a GMC-registered General Practitioner to support regional community health and primary care services in Barrow-in-Furness. The role offers flexible, sessional work across community-focused GP environments, suited to clinicians managing varied presentations and urgent patient demand.

You will run autonomous clinics, manage acute presentations, deliver routine reviews and support triage workflows, while maintaining safe prescribing and clear digital notes.

Qualifications

• Experience in community, urgent care or primary care services.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in varied environments.
• Valid indemnity and Enhanced DBS clearance.
