A leading provider of prison healthcare in the United Kingdom is seeking a General Practitioner to join their team at HMP Full Sutton. This role involves delivering high-quality healthcare to a diverse patient population with complex needs. Responsibilities include clinical assessments, patient management, and supporting the wider healthcare team. The position offers a full-time schedule with a competitive salary. We have an exciting opportunity for a General Practitioner to join our team at HMP Full Sutton. HMP Full Sutton is a busy category A and B men’s prison in the village of Full Sutton in the East Riding of Yorkshire. The site supports around 560 men aged 21+ with a range of health conditions including a high number of complex needs. Within this role you will be delivering clinical sessions, segregation rounds and providing daily acute support within the main population and specialist units. We are looking for a General Practitioner who has a passion for working with patients who are disconnected from the healthcare service and who is keen to work as part of an established team.
Thursdays 8am-4pm Friday 8am-4pm
This position is full time role working 16 hours per week, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £125,000 per annum FTE - depending on experience.
Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security check.
