Job summary

Omnes Healthcare is seeking a General Practitioner to join an established primary care team delivering NHS services. You will examine, diagnose and manage patients of all ages on a registered list, with face-to-face, telephone and online consultations.

Full GMC registration with a licence to practise and a CCT in General Practice, or equivalent, are required. Hours are offered full-time or part-time within a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities for clinical progression and support.

Qualifications

• CCT in General Practice or equivalent (or within 6 months of completion).
• Full GMC registration with licence to practise.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide general medical services to registered patients.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practice.
• Carry out consultations in person, by phone and digitally.
• Prescribe safely and appropriately within clinical guidelines.
• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement and patient safety.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary primary care team.
