Job summary

Envertiz Consultancy are hiring on behalf of a well-established GP practice in South East London. The role focuses on delivering high-quality clinical care to registered patients and collaborating with clinical leads to support the practice’s operational plan.

You will participate in governance activities, audits, QOF, and CQC standards, providing care via in-person and virtual consultations. GMC registration and GP accreditation are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• GMC registration and regular clinical work are essential.
• GP accreditation (MRCGP) or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and appropriate coding.

Job description

Envertiz Consultancy are hiring on behalf of a well-established GP practice in South East London. Main Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients registered at and attending the GP surgery
• Work closely with clinical leads and the local practice team to support delivery of the surgery's operational plan
• Maintain quality within the practice through participation in clinical governance activity, audit, QOF, and contributing to standards including CQC
• Provide clinical care as set out in the job plan and in line with the total triage model — including in-person and video consultations, telephone triage, correspondence, results, medication reviews, prescription signing, safeguarding lead duties, medicals, reports, home visits, surgery meetings and on-call (excluding out of hours)
• Adhere to the highest personal and professional standards set by the GMC, prioritising individual patient care
• Work with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead on the surgery's action plan — covering list growth, patient satisfaction, QOF, enhanced services, KPI targets, resource profile and cost management

Requirements

• Current registration with the GMC and NHS Performers List, and engaged in regular clinical work
• Experienced doctor with GP accreditation — MRCGP examination or equivalent experience
• Clear commitment to delivering quality, patient-focused services
• Sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and use of appropriate coding
• Working knowledge of clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb (nice to have, not essential)
