Oakview Medical Practice in Alexandria, near Loch Lomond, is recruiting a Salaried GP to join a well-established, supportive team serving about 9,400 patients across two modern sites. The role offers 4–8 sessions with a one-year salaried contract and potential extension, with NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde-style pay scales and training support.

Due to planned adjustments in GP sessions, we are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Salaried GP to join our well-established, supportive practice at Oakview Medical Practice in Alexandria. We are ideally seeking a start date before the end of 2026, although we would be very happy to accommodate an earlier or slightly later start for the right candidate.

Oakview Medical Practice is a friendly, forward-thinking GP Partnership caring for approximately 9,400 patients across two modern, well-equipped sites:

• The Vale Centre for Health & Care
• Renton Integrated Healthy Living Centre

We are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care and embrace modern, flexible ways of working. As part of this, we use askmyGP for asynchronous consulting, with full training and ongoing support provided for clinicians new to the system.

You will be joining a large, experienced and welcoming multidisciplinary team, including 10 GP Partners, 1 Salaried GP, Practice Nurses, a Practice Pharmacist, PCIP Pharmacists, Phlebotomists, a Physiotherapist, a Community Link Worker, and a highly skilled administrative team. A health board treatment room service is also available within the building, supporting efficient and collaborative patient care.
