Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking a General Practice Nurse to support GP clinics across the Spilsby region. The role offers flexible sessional work, suitable for nurses experienced in routine treatment room activity and day-to-day operations.

You will assist primary care teams with general nursing duties, clinical reviews and patient procedures in well-organised environments. Prior primary care experience and DBS clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration and primary care experience.
• Strong treatment room competency.
• Good communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to adapt to new practice environments quickly.
• Knowledge of common clinical systems is beneficial.
• Enhanced DBS clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing support in GP clinic settings.
