You will assist local primary care teams with general nursing tasks, wound care, vaccinations (if trained), and chronic disease management, contributing to high-quality patient care in well-organised environments.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration and primary care experience.
• Strong treatment room competency and clinical duties.
• Good communication and patient interaction skills.

• Knowledge of common clinical systems beneficial.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
