Alba Medical Group in Lanarkshire is expanding its general practice nurse team across four sites and invites applications from GPNs at all career stages.

Qualifications

• Able to work across multi-disciplinary teams with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Support management of long-term conditions and health promotion.
• Deliver cervical screening and women’s health services.
• Work flexibly across sites within Lanarkshire and network with GPs, ANPs and pharmacists.
