Pro Finance, a well-established accountancy practice, is seeking a General Practice Director to join the leadership team in Gatwick and the wider Surrey & West Sussex region. You will oversee a varied portfolio, acting as a trusted adviser to business owners while supporting the delivery of accounts, tax and audit services.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership and shaping the firm's future growth. Candidates should be ACA/ICAEW/ACCA qualified with strong UK practice experience, SME advisory

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ICAEW/ACCA or equivalent.
• Strong UK accountancy practice experience.
• Experience advising SMEs and owner-managed businesses.
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships.
• Director, Associate Director or Senior Manager experience.
• RI status desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a varied portfolio, acting as a trusted adviser to business owners while supporting delivery of accounts, tax and audit services.
• Engage with SMEs and owner-managed businesses to provide strategic guidance and value.
• Develop and maintain senior client relationships and contribute to the firm's growth and succession planning.
