Qualifications

• Ability to take full and independent responsibility for liaising with clinical staff for patient care.
• Experience of, and commitment to, medical audit.
• Experience of and commitment to teaching undergraduate and postgraduate medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead morning ward rounds and maintain a safe and effective acute service for children.
• Site-based at West Cumberland Hospital with clinics and on-call duties.
• Participate in the development and support for annual appraisal and revalidation.

High standard of clinical skill and expertise in clinical Paediatrics

Clinical Governance

UK Experience

Empathetic and sensitive approach to patient needs

Education

MRCPCH or equivalent

Full GMC registration
