Job summary

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Night Shift Picker / Packers in Scunthorpe. The role runs 22:00–06:00 with pay at £12.71 per hour. This permanent night-shift position involves picking, packing, quality checks, and ensuring orders are ready for dispatch.

We are seeking reliable individuals with a proactive attitude who can work as part of a team and meet targets. Full training and on-site management are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous picking/packing or warehouse experience preferred (but not essential)
• Reliability and commitment to full-time night shifts (22:00-06:00)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
• A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
