Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking a General Operative to work on concrete prefabricates. You will assist in production, handle materials, and operate machinery, with a pay rate of 12.71 per hour. Shifts start at 8:00 AM and run to 4:30 PM, with additional peak periods and weekend options.

In this role, you will follow production schedules, maintain quality standards, and help keep the site clean and safe. Heavy lifting and teamwork are essential to meet targets and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial production or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
• Basic safety awareness and ability to follow instructions.
