Job summary

Dunbia Group in the West Midlands invites applications for a warehouse operative at our Halesowen site. You will handle product processing and packing, follow quality, health & safety policies, and maintain clean, organized storage areas.

The role requires physical fitness, ability to work in a chilled environment, team collaboration, attention to detail, and the discipline to meet deadlines. Working Tue-Sat, 6am start, with two 30-minute breaks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a chilled environment.
• Physically fit – lifting boxes and moving pallets around the warehouse.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Strive for customer satisfaction.
• Able to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative.
• High attention to detail.
• Dayshift only: 6am-3pm (x2 30 minute breaks).
• Tuesday to Saturday.

The successful candidate must be able to travel to Dunbia Halesowen, Amber Way, B62 8RS for the shift start time of 6am (Tuesday to Saturday).
