Job summary

Aqumen Business Solutions Ltd in partnership with a Ravensthorpe-based manufacturing company is seeking a General Operative for rotating shifts. You will support the production team by assisting machines, packing products, palletising and rotating across departments.

The role offers full-time hours, with an induction at Mirfield and an immediate start at Ravensthorpe for suitable candidates. Pay is £12.71 per hour, with voluntary overtime paid at a premium and a potential route to permanent

• Packing finished products into the bags
• Palletising the products and wrapping them using a shrink wrap machine
• Be happy to rotate on all departments
• Ensuring that any products not at the correct standard are reported
• Happy with repetitive sometimes manual work.

General Operative - Rotating Shift

Job Title: General Operative - Rotating Shift

Hours: Monday - Friday 06:15-14:15 & 14:15-22:15 Rotating

Pay rate: £12.71 per hour

Aqumen Recruitment is in partnership with a successful manufacturing company based in Ravensthorpe WF13.

As a Packing/General Operative you will be part of the Production Team, working in a manufacturing site with opportunities to gain permanent work after 12 weeks!

The induction will take place at the Mirfield site on Monday but for work at the Ravensthorpe site, if all goes well and the site tour is passed there is an immediate opportunity to start on Tuesday the following day

Pay:

£12.71 per hour for Mon – Fri Rotating Shift 06:15 – 14:15 / 14:15 -22:15
