Job description

Pinnacle Group is seeking a General Office Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our industrial facilities. You will be joining our Pinnacle Workplace Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Uttoxeter ST14.

Your role will involve cleaning in a manufacturing site, including floors, work areas, and specialised cleaning tasks. You will need to be detail‑oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with heavy‑duty cleaning equipment and chemicals. We are offering a 20‑hour week permanent role working Monday to Friday with an option of shift pattern either 8 am - 12 noon / 9 am - 1 pm or 10 am - 2 pm, with an immediate start.

Key responsibilities
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets and hard floors, and potentially buffing floors.
  • Dusting and wiping down surfaces, including desks, chairs, windowsills, skirting boards and other office furniture, sanitising as you go along.
  • Cleaning corridors, stairwells and communal areas.
  • Cleaning toilet facilities, hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels.
  • Waste management – collection, transportation and storage of waste for both internal and external areas.
Key requirements
  • Use cleaning materials & equipment in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
  • Experience with working to tight schedules.
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
