Step away from Enfield’s hustle and bustle to Frog’s Bottom and a pub that’s been part of the McMullen family since 1910 and Chicken & Grill No. 5.

Location and Style

This is one of the largest, yet most intimate of McMullen’s Chicken & Grill pubs. The Jolly Farmers really does have it all; log fires and cosy corners, group dining or a separate function room. Due for a decking ‘glow up’ in November and a refurbishment next year to make it an even more attractive venue.

We offer our guests attentive table service, freshly rotisserie roasted chickens, grilled meats and classic pub food, all complimented by McMullen’s locally brewed ales, in well-designed surroundings. However, we know that we can’t achieve any of this without great people running our pubs!

The ideal candidate will be a creative, energetic problem solver who wants to make this pub stand out by putting their own stamp on the business, developing a strong team, engaging guests through events and social media but most of all focussing on the basics to ensure we deliver the best experience.
