• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or general management.
• 3+ years experience in a management/leadership role managing cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering profitable growth.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive annual business and marketing strategy.
