  • Ideally, previous experience as a Fitness Manager, Duty Manager, or GM in a high-volume setting.

  • Be a visible, inspiring presence on the gym floor-engaging with members and driving retention.
  • Ensure operational excellence across health & safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
  • Drive membership growth through local marketing, outreach, and community events.
  • Monitor financial performance and deliver against key business targets.
