Job summary

KFC in Southampton is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead from the front, own the restaurant, drive performance, hit targets, and create a vibe where both guests and the team thrive.

You will train and coach your people, keep operations tight, manage rosters and stock, and deliver an unforgettable guest experience that turns first‑timers into regulars.

We offer a competitive salary (£38,000–£42,000) plus a quarterly bonus and wellbeing support.

About the role

Lead from the front, take full

What will you spend your time doing?

• Build a team worth following. Train, coach, and motivate your people so they don’t just meet the
  standard — they raise it.
• Smash the targets. Own your KPIs and push the team to deliver every shift, every day.
• Keep it tight. Stay on top of the admin — rosters, stock, reporting — so everything
  runs smooth behind the scenes.
• Make the guest experience
  unforgettable. Turn first-timers into regulars by
  creating moments that hit different.
