General Manager - Restaurant - New Milton £40kp/a

The Role:

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced General Manager to lead a stunning venue in New Milton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader to take full ownership of a multi-functional site, supported by two Assistant Managers.

Key Information:

• Schedule: 5 days per week (Monday & Tuesday closed)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations across the restaurant, shop, and outdoor outlet
• Leading and mentoring a team including 2 Assistant Managers
• Driving guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence
• Managing budgets, rotas, stock control, and supplier relationships
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company standards
• Supporting and growing event and function business within the venue
• Working closely with all departments to deliver a seamless guest experience

What We're Looking For:

• Proven General Manager or senior leadership experience in hospitality
• Strong hands-on operational skills across food, beverage, and retail
• Confident managing multi-revenue stream venues
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Personal licence holder preferred
