Job summary

Nightcap is seeking a General Manager for a venue in City of London. You will lead front-of-house operations, develop a high-performing team and drive guest experiences that align with our late-night hospitality brands.

We’re looking for hands-on leaders with a strong commercial mindset, who can grow venue performance, coach staff, and deliver outstanding guest experiences while managing operations in a fast-paced, late-night environment. Salary £45,000–£55,000 with bonus and benefits.
