About the General Manager Position

  • Ensure the restaurant and bar run smoothly, with strong team presence and operational oversight
  • Oversee food and drink service, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail
  • Support and develop the management team through training, mentoring and accountability
  • Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, stock control and P&L
  • Deliver the full 360° of day-to-day venue management

The Ideal Candidate

  • Confident in leading a high-performing team in a busy food-led venue
  • Strong background in hospitality management, ideally within restaurants and premium bar operations
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-focused when dealing with guest feedback
  • Hands-on, passionate about service, and keen to grow with a thriving hospitality group
  • Solid knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety, and operational compliance
