What you’ll do

Strategic Leadership & Operations

• Drive financial KPIs to support sustainable growth.

• Shape and execute long-term business strategies.

• Track industry trends and competitors for new opportunities.

• Ensure legal, licensing, and health & safety compliance.

• Oversee smooth daily operations across all departments.

• Review and streamline departmental processes regularly.

• Implement tech and operational upgrades for better guest experiences.

Guest Experience & Engagement

• Deliver consistently high service standards.

• Monitor and act on guest feedback.

• Ensure personalised, professional guest interactions.

• Resolve complaints swiftly and diplomatically.

• Maintain visibility-greet and engage with guests directly.

People & Culture

• Recruit, lead, and inspire high-performing teams.

About you

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury or boutique hotel setting.
• Track record of driving strategic changes, optimising performance, and increasing revenue.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in cost control, budgeting, and revenue management.
